Given the vital and important role of natural sciences, and the importance of contemporary studies related to topics (remote sensing, image analysis and computer processing, geographic information systems and geophysics, which is concerned with studying the interior of the Earth and its physical properties) in human life, and keeping pace with modern developments taking place in information technology and natural sciences in modern scientific disciplines. Which emerged from these developments in developed countries, and in response to the huge demands and demand in various countries of the world and their interest in studying the sciences related to remote sensing technology, geographic information systems, and the sciences specialized in geophysics, studying the physical properties of the Earth’s interior, and in order to attract the interest of students to study these important scientific fields in order to meet the need and requirements.
