Assist. Lecturer Sohib K. Mahmoud participated in a workshop on best practices in adjudicating commercial, which was sponsored by the Iraqi Higher Judicial Council, with the participation of international and local personalities.
The program included a course in the development of practices in the settlement of investment and commercial disputes in Iraqi tenders.
